By parking your vehicle on this property, you agree
to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Parking Agreement

EZEpark provides a platform that allows property owners (“Landowners”) to offer parking spaces to visitors (“Users”).

When you park and pay, you are entering into a short-term licence to use the parking space under these terms.

2. Payment

EZEpark provides a platform that allows property owners (“Landowners”) to offer parking spaces to visitors (“Users”).

3. Payment

  • All parking must be paid for using the EZEpark system (via QR code or website).
  • Payment must be made promptly after parking.
  • Fees are displayed at the time of payment.
  • Processing and credit card fees are paid by the User.

Failure to pay may result in enforcement action.

4. Parking Conditions

By using this parking space, you agree that:

  • You will park only in designated areas (if marked).
  • You will not obstruct access, traffic, or other users.
  • You will comply with all signage on site.
  • You park at your own risk.

5. Enforcement

  • Parking without payment, or breaching these terms, may result in a breach notice or penalty fee.
  • Additional charges may apply for non-payment or unauthorised use.
  • EZEpark and/or the Landowner reserve the right to take reasonable steps to recover unpaid fees.

6. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, EZEpark and the Landowner are not responsible for:
    • Loss or damage to vehicles or property
    • Theft
    • Personal injury while on the property
  • You are responsible for any damage you cause to the property.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are considered at EZEpark’s discretion.
  • Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and include proof of payment.

8. Privacy

  • Personal information is collected only as required to process payments and manage parking.
  • Information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

9. Changes to Terms

EZEpark may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will be available on our website.
