1. Parking Agreement

EZEpark provides a platform that allows property owners (“Landowners”) to offer parking spaces to visitors (“Users”).

When you park and pay, you are entering into a short-term contract to use the parking space under these terms.

2. Payment

• All parking must be paid for using the EZEpark system (via QR code or website).
• Payment must be made promptly after parking.
• Fees are displayed at the time of payment.
• Processing and credit card fees are paid as per the parking site terms.
• Failure to pay may result in enforcement action.

3. Parking Conditions

By using this parking space, you agree that:

• You will park only in designated areas (if marked).
• You will not obstruct access, traffic, or other users.
• You will comply with all signage on site.
• You park at your own risk.

4. Enforcement

• Parking without payment, or breaching these terms, may result in a breach notice or penalty fee.
• Additional charges may apply for non-payment or unauthorised use.
• EZEpark and/or the Landowner reserve the right to take reasonable steps to recover unpaid fees.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, EZEpark and the Landowner are not responsible for:

• Loss or damage to vehicles or property
• Theft
• Personal injury while on the property
• You are responsible for any damage you cause to the property.

6. Refunds

• Refunds are considered at EZEpark’s discretion.
• Requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and include proof of payment.

7. Privacy

• Personal information is collected only as required to process payments and manage parking.
• Information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws.

8. Changes to Terms

EZEpark may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
